DnB Projects operates in NSW and complies with the Home Building Act 1989, NSW Fair Trading requirements, and Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

3.1 Licensing

For residential building work exceeding $5,000, NSW law requires all work to be completed by appropriately licensed contractors.
We engage only licensed tradespeople as required by NSW Fair Trading.

NSW requires contracts for work:

  • Over $20,000 (mandatory detailed contract)
